This Privacy Policy describes how Threee TV (“Threee TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Threee TV website at threee.tv and the Threee TV mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
Threee TV provides streaming video content delivered over the internet. The Service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis for personal, non-commercial viewing.
3. Information We Collect
We collect a limited amount of information needed to operate and improve the Service. The Service does not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information through the website.
Analytics (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager). When you visit the website, we use Google Analytics to collect standard analytics data, including:
- IP address (processed by Google and, where applicable, truncated or anonymized)
- Approximate geographic location derived from IP address
- Device type, operating system, browser, and language
- Referring URL and pages or screens viewed

Analytics and diagnostics (Firebase). The mobile application uses Firebase services provided by Google, which may collect:
- App usage events and screen views
- Device identifiers (such as advertising identifiers or instance IDs), device model, OS version, and language
- Crash reports, stack traces, and performance metrics
- Approximate geographic region derived from IP address
Automatically collected technical data. Web servers and content delivery infrastructure used to stream video may log IP addresses, user-agent strings, and timestamps as part of normal operation and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your personal information.

We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver, maintain, and secure the Service
- Understand how the Service is used and improve its features and performance

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Threee TV, its owners, operators, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any content obtained from or through the Service; (c) stream interruptions, downtime, errors, or inaccuracies; (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (e) the acts or omissions of any third party, including analytics or hosting providers. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

- Uninstall the Threee TV app to stop further data collection from it

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. We rely on industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards, as well as those of our providers, to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
